CHALLENGE


To drive awareness of the group’s two outlets: the newly launched seaside barbecue restaurant Offshore Bar & Grill launched in 2021, and the well-established restaurant Central Thai in 2022 — to focus on the experience of escaping to the fringes of Singapore with great views and affordable dishes.

OUTCOME


The group gained over 10,000 followers on Facebook and Instagram within the first 12 months and has racked up a PR value of over SG$1.5 million with coverage from top media titles.

SOLUTION

Zazoozoo produced and managed the publishing and scheduling of social media posts across the brands’ Facebook and Instagram channels. We focused predominantly on the experience as Offshore Bar & Grill and Central Thai are located on the fringes of Singapore and offer an escape from the bustling city life. The experiences are shown through five pillars: place, product, people, promotions, and purpose — each given a unique design template to differentiate from the rest.

PUBLIC RELATIONS


Zazoozoo also supported the group in its public relations efforts. Through the production of various press releases and media alerts and managing the deployment of information and invitations to tastings for the media and influencers, the group gained a greater awareness of their offerings.
