EDITORIAL
Zazoozoo provided strategic planning and produced various editorial articles showcasing the business school’s values and programs with featured articles, interviews, listicles, and more. Most stories focus on one or more profiles that reveal the challenges and outcomes of the students, faculty, alums and guest speakers. Taking a magazine-styled approach, the angles of the stories are more human-centric in nature compared to the standard marketing-driven fare.

SOCIAL MEDIA
Zazoozoo provided strategic planning, produced copy and design, and managed the publishing and scheduling of social media posts across the business school’s Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter channels. We developed the streams across five pillars: program-driven, faculty-focused, student-focused, special announcements and institutional information — each given a unique design template to differentiate from the rest.

CAMPAIGN
Zazoozoo also worked with the business school partnering digital agency, Jolt, to produce copy for its institutional campaign. Relying on the data and learnings from Jolt’s various research, we crafted copies designed specifically for an objective digital goal. The campaign was nominated for the Markies Award in 2022 for “Most Effective Use of Customer Acquisition”.

STRATEGY & PLANNING
Zazoozoo also produced content strategies for the business school’s various programs. The strategic framework, called the PlayBook, took the founder of Zazoozoo, Zul Andra, 20 years to design. The PlayBook features a set of methodologies that cumulate into a strategic set of actions to enable the business school to tell the right story to the right audience at the right time. Each PlayBook comprises hundreds of pages of usable insights and is based upon primary, secondary, and tertiary research such as stakeholder inquiries, targetted audience surveys, published data, and trend reports.
