CHALLENGE


To drive awareness of the group’s two outlets: the flagship steakhouse Picanhas’ launched in 2020, and their dessert bistro Panquecas’ in 2021 — to focus on its culinary uniqueness and the communal spirit of its people.

OUTCOME


The group gained over 20,000 followers on Facebook and Instagram within the first 12 months and has racked up a PR value of over SG$2 million with coverage from top media titles.

SOLUTION

Zazoozoo produced and managed the publishing and scheduling of social media posts across the brands’ Facebook and Instagram channels. We focused predominantly on the culinary offerings as Picanhas’ and Panquecas’ offer unique dishes. The offerings are shown through five pillars: place, product, people, promotions, and purpose — each given a unique design template to differentiate from the rest.

PUBLIC RELATIONS


Zazoozoo also supported the group in its public relations efforts. Through the production of various press releases and media alerts and managing the deployment of information and invitations to tastings for the media and influencers, the group gained a greater awareness of their offerings. Press coverage came from online, print and radio outlets.
