But why storytelling? Why brand trust?

Brand trust is the accessibility, belief and credibility of your product or service that solves a problem.

Storytelling is an expressively resonant narrative of solutions to a problem.

In an emergency, do you call the hospital or a friend? Who do you trust?

In stories of doctors and the police force, which one makes you feel safer? Why?

Think of it this way. Trust is a moment’s worth. A story embeds the moment. Trust and stories have always been intertwined.

When a CEO says, “maximise shareholder values,” it doesn’t inspire trust or resonate. When JFK says, “We will put a man on the moon and return him safely by the end of the decade,” it does.

Founded in 2018 by the former Editor-in-chief of Esquire Zul Andra, an award-winning writer, editor, trainer and coach, Zazoozoo is a storytelling think tank that builds trust.
