COMO Shambhala partnered with the founder of Zazoozoo, Zul Andra, to refresh how its philosophy of “wellness begins within” lives across digital touchpoints. Over six months, we helped turn a rich, expert-led wellness heritage into a unified content ecosystem spanning website, app, blog, newsletters, and social channels.
The challenge was to express COMO Shambhala’s holistic, evidence-informed wellness approach in formats that felt both elevated and usable in daily life. The brand’s retreats, products, and programmes are designed by world-class experts and grounded in a blend of modern science and time-honoured practices, yet much of this depth risked being lost in fragmented or overly technical content. Audiences needed clear guidance on how pillars like rest, recover, perform, connect, digest, and glow could translate into real routines, whether at a destination estate or at home. Our task was to create a narrative and structure that could carry this nuance consistently across web, app, and social.
Our solution centred on one robust content strategy, followed by focused production. The strategy clarified COMO Shambhala’s digital storyline—from its founding belief that wellness begins within, to its integrated paths that address mind, body, and spirit. It defined key themes, tone, and journeys across channels, then cascaded into 500 hours of app content development for COMO Shambhala Anywhere, 25 blog posts, four newsletters, and 50 social media posts. For the app, we shaped content and metadata to support blends of yoga, meditation, breathwork, slumber stories, and strength routines aligned with the six pillars of wellbeing. For the website and Wellness Journal, we crafted articles that joined destination experiences, expert advice, and COMO Shambhala Cuisine into coherent, actionable stories.

Within this short project window, the revamped content ecosystem began to reshape audience behaviour. Social media followers across Facebook and Instagram grew by 75 percent, fuelled by consistent organic posts that balanced inspiration with practical wellness tips. Engagement rose by 1,000 percent as content encouraged saves, shares, and conversations around sleep, stress, movement, and nourishment. The Wellness Journal on the revamped comoshambhala.com drew more than 2,500 unique monthly visitors at its peak, becoming a home for deeper reading and reflection that connected naturally to retreats, products, and the app. Together, the updated website, app, and campaigns created a more seamless journey from discovery to participation.
Behind these results was a structured way of working across strategy and production. The content strategy acted as a north star, ensuring every script, article, and caption reinforced COMO Shambhala’s positioning as an award-winning wellness concept rather than generic lifestyle content. For COMO Shambhala Anywhere, we translated the brand’s six wellness pillars into clear, searchable modules and blends, pairing multimedia assets with precise metadata so users could find what they needed anytime, anywhere. On comoshambhala.com, Wellness Journal pieces were planned as part of a broader editorial calendar, supporting launches, seasonal themes, and signature programmes while keeping language calm, informed, and on-brand. This was complemented by ongoing content management for campaigns, press releases, and events to maintain coherence across touchpoints.
This content solution works because it balances depth with usability.
